The Server allows the Core Team and Circle Managers to keep a tab on the entire Lean In Community at once.
One of the Key motives of Lean In Legacy has always been to bridge the gap between Seniors and Juniors.
The Nickname rule that we have on our server Name (Year | Branch) will help our Mentees AND the Mentors to get better at networking in the college, or reach out to a specific group/person.
With the Tag feature in Discord, The Mentors and We can directly target and notify a specific member group, e.g. A New session for DSA coming up? Just use the @DSA tag on the specific channel, and voila!
And Not just that, on Discord you can find so many amazinggg student communities, which will eventually help you to find an interactive pool of like-minded peers, with whom you can hone your Technical and Soft skills…
